If someone were to ask you to identify the most common component of reoccurring problems in any group of employees, might your answer include the inability for employees to understand 'where the other person is coming from'?
As we all know, controversial situations that happen are, many times, caused by underlying issues and generate a multitude of different reactions by the employees within any group. These unexpected situations often cause managers and supervisors to be unprepared and, sometimes, unable to make good/difficult decisions quickly that will resolve issues or problems at hand.

As a management consultant and trainer, I help my clients learn how to:
 |
| 1. |
Detect when these situations are developing. |
| 2. |
Be prepared to effectively handle them so that their leadership and/or daily behavior is worthy of other people's trust |
| 3. |
Inspire their staff to do the same. |
My clients are executives and mid-level managers who work to proactively identify situations such as these and, thus, prevent them from becoming troublesome issues. | |
 |
When requested or necessary, I assess my client's needs through a proprietary assessment tool to address the issues, challenges, goals, etc. of my client. I can also compare how my client perceives their expectations of their staff members to and, then, examine what the staff member's expectations and decision criteria actually are.
Once we see and compare perceptions vs reality, I design my programs to help draw employee's decision-making skills more closely to employer's perceptions while doing so in an easy, effective, ethical way. Based on the needs of each working group, I will work either strictly with the person supervising a group who will, then, infuse these principles into his/her working group or train the entire group and follow-up with the leader of the group to monitor and track the effective implementation of these principles.
Contact me today to see how I can help you resolve any current issues and increase the momentum of achieving the goals of both your group as well as your own.
