Teenagers have lots of choices to make every day.

•	Doing the best you can in all your classes at school.
•	Dealing with all that's going on at school outside of classes.
•	Getting along with all at home in your immediate and extended family.
•	Knowing how to effectively handle invitations regarding alcohol, drugs, and other 'social invitations'.
•	Managing sports, extracurricular involvements, and, possibly a part-time job
•	Saving some time for yourself to study, 'plan and ponder' to manage your busy schedule
•	Decide what to major in college and which college to go to

With all these choices to make, teenages need a easy yet effective way to make them.

Getting in the habit of thinking through the consequences and outcomes of one's choice will help a teenager feel more in charge and responsible for himself. Our customized programs help teenagers do exactly that. In our highly-interactive After Me, You’re First workshops, teenagers learn how to:

1.	Picturize the situation when you need to make a choice.
2.	Identify the three types of choices and a process to use for each.
3.	See, pictorially, how helping others is extremely beneficial and rewarding to self.
4.	Learn a way to make choices that can be used throughout your lifetime.

Making wise choices is like planting good seeds that you will 'harvest' (enjoy) in your future

The quote "Teenagers like to be different - just like everyone else" illustrates how teenagers like to be ‘like the gang'; yet, sometimes, may need to take a stand by making a choice that is different from the crowd and risk rejection by even their closest friends.

Something to Jump for Joy About!

In our After Me, You're First workshops, teenagers will learn the steps to make choices and decisions carefully and clearly so that you can enjoy having a process to use throughout the rest of your life to create a life of good health, happiness, loving relationships, and wealth…which will be determined by your choices!

Also, they will receive a 'personal GPS' device, a 'virtual' drivers license, and map to navigate easily through the 'choice points' a.k.a. 'virtual intersections' on the journey of your life.
